Our goal is to serve women from all walks of life. Whether you're working as a receptionist, or the CEO of a major corporation, we believe everyone deserves to look fabulous.
Wardrobe solutions for women whose careers do not allot them the time needed to shop for clothing that matches their lifestyles is just one of the things we offer. In addition we also offer Personal Styling, Private Events, Closet Organizing and Head to Toe Makeovers.

It is our belief that how you look directly
effects how you feel. We believe that clothing, accessories, hair & makeup are tools that can help aid in a positive view of one's overall self.
Which is why we partner with licensed hair & makeup artist as well as professional photographers. Our clients experience a transformation from the outside in. Makeovers are great reminders that inner beauty can be unleashed with a little help.
We also offer head to toe makeovers for survivors of Domestic Violence and/or Cancer. These women have overcome tremendous odds and deserve to be celebrated.

About Kay
Kay is the founder of Kay's Fab Lab LLC. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Los Angeles, California with her mother, stepfather and 4 sisters. Kay worked in the beauty industry as a licensed Hair Stylist for 25 years.
Her love for fashion started at the early age of 12 yrs old when her mother taught her how to use a sewing machine. Each design made her feel special and courageous; she could hardly wait to hit the runway (which, to her, was any random sidewalk on the streets of L.A.) Fashion was an avenue to express outwardly how she felt deep down on the inside.
"Putting on a pretty dress made me feel invincible. It was like wearing a superhero costume. I was the black Wonder Woman in couture."
Kay grew up, got married and lived happily ever after. The End...NOT!
In 2012, Kay experienced the demise of her 14 yr. relationship with her husband. The uncovering of her husband's double life, suicidal attempts and abusive behavior made her face her greatest fear "Divorce."
What followed was the loss of her job, car, bank account, and house all within 7 months. Kay did her best to remain positive, but after the loss of her house she fell into a severe depression.
She found herself sleeping on the floor with her two children, which only worsened her depression. After purchasing one bed for her kids to sleep in, she continued to sleep on the floor. Kay sought counseling to help her cope. Her faith in God was at an all time low as she watched her life go from bad to worse. She continued her counseling sessions and began attending church again on a regular basis. This was the start of her healing process.
To say her appearance was suffering would be an understatement. But one day she got up, got dressed, and the rest is history. Kay understands what it feels like to be broken, but she strives to overcome.
Kay started Kay's Fab Lab with the intention to remind women (one outfit at a time) that they are fabulous. The goal is to show women how to BE BOLD, BE INSPIRED and BE FAB
no matter what obstacles they may have to face in life.
